1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Samaj Ke Kamjor Vargon Ke Liye Vidhik Sahayata Tatha Vidhik Salah Adhiniyam, 1976.(2)It extends to whole of Madhya Pradesh.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may by notification, appoint and different dates may be appointed for different areas.
