(2)If any member nominated under clause (e) of sub-section (3) of section 4:-(a)becomes subject to any of the disqualifications mentioned in section 5; or(b)is absent without leave from the Trustee Committee for more than three consecutive meetings of Trustee Committee, his seat shall thereupon become vacant.
