1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that he has not received a complete set of the paper book, due to which he could not file the counter affidavit. The petitioner is directed to supply a complete set of paper book within two days.
2. Let the counter affidavit be filed within six weeks, with an advance copy furnished to the other side. Rejoinder thereto, if any, be filed within four weeks thereafter.
