Section 23 in The Orissa Muhammedan Marriages and Divorces Registration Act, 1949
23. Registers to be made over.
- Every Muhammedan Registrar shall keep safely each register until the same shall be filed, and shall thereupon of earlier if he shall leave the district or cease to hold a licence make over the same to the Registrar of the District for safe custody, or to such other person as the Registrar may direct.
