Section 29 in The Calcutta Metropolitan Water And Sanitation Authority Act, 1966
29. Source of fund. -
The fund required by the Authority may be raised from the following sources, namely :-(a)grant from Government or any other source,(b)loans from Government or any other source,(c)issue of debentures, and(d)taxes, fees and charges levied and collected under this Act.
