Section 19(19)(i) in The U.P. Electricity Regulatory Commission (Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum and Electricity Ombudsman) Regulations, 2007

(i)ThDistributionLicensee or the complainant shall comply with the order passed by the Forum or the Electricity Ombudsman within time specified in these regulations or as may be directed by the Forum or the Electricity Ombudsman.
