Section 9(1) in The Karnataka State Civil Services (Regulation of Promotion, Pay and Pension) Act, 1973
(1)Save as provided in sub-section (2) the rules relating to officiation made under the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India shall apply for purposes of officiation under this Act.
