a) Direct the Respondent No.1 to disclose the status of the rupee denominated bank account bearing account number 019081400002674 with Yes Bank Ltd. by filing a statement of accounts for the relevant period starting from 13.12.2019 till date;
b) Pass such further order(s) which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case."
Mr.Jeevan B.anda, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.1, states without prejudice, the said respondent shall file on record, with an affidavit, the statement of account of the said account number with effect from December 13, 2019 till date. The statement is taken on record.
