Section 31(31) in Haryana State Central Co-operative Bank's Staff Service (Common Cadre) Rules, 1975
31.2No appeal shall be entertained unless it is made within 60 days from the date of the communication of the order. The appellate authority may, however, entertain any appeal within 90 days of the said date if the appellant has sufficient cause for not submitting the appeal in time.
