Section 2(1)(k) in The Orissa Electricity Reform (Transfer of Assets, Liabilities, Proceedings and Personnel of Gridco to Distribution Companies) Rules, 1998

(k)"Distribution Undertaking" means Assets, Liabilities, Proceedings and Personnel specified in these rules as related to the Distribution Business of the Central, North Eastern. Western or Southern Zone, as the case may be;
