Section 2(i) in Mizoram (Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement) Act, 2016
(i)"company" means -(i)a company as defined in Section 3 of the Companies Act, 2013, other than a Government company;(ii)a society registered under the Mizoram Societies registration Act, 2005 (13 of 2005) or under any corresponding law for the time being in force in the State;
