ORDER:-
This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief:-
"Writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the Respondents 1 and 2 in conducting the digital evaluation process contrary to the principles laid down in Dr.P.Kishore Kumar Vs. State of A.P. 2016(6) ALT 408 and Dr.J.Kiran Kumar and others Vs. State of A.P. 2017 (6) ALT 213 in respect of petitioner's Second year MBBS Course Examinations held in the month of May-June 2022 and not furnishing copies of the petitioner's answer scripts (for failed subjects) as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents 1 & 2 to evaluate the petitioner's answer scripts strictly in adherence to the above stated Judgments of this Court..
2. Heard Sri Kotha Rama Mohan Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri G.Vijay Kumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents-University. 2

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents-University represented that the issue raised in the present Writ petition is squarely covered by a Common Order of this Court in Writ Petition Nos.16086 of 2022 and batch, dated 21.09.2022.
4. In that view of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of common order, dated 21.09.2022, in Writ Petition Nos. 16086 of 2022 and batch. The Registry is directed to annex a copy of the Common Order, dated 21.09.2022 in Writ Petition Nos.16086 of 2022 and batch to this order.
5. Miscellaneous petitions, pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
