Section 9(1) in The West Bengal Vaccination Act, 1973
(1)Within three months of the completion of a period of three years from the date of successful primary vaccination every child or person shall be taken or shall submit himself, as the case may be, to a vaccinator or a vaccinating centre for the purpose of re-vaccination in the prescribed manner.
