Section 16(3) in Bureau of Indian Standards (Hallmarking) Regulations, 2018
(3)The licensee shall inform the Bureau of any changes in machinery, equipment, assaying personnel, nonavailability of certified reference materials or breakdown of any major equipment affecting sampling, assaying and hallmarking activities.
