Section 104(b) in Haryana Urban Development Authority Act, 1977
(b)the carrying out by any local [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] or by any department of Government of any works for the purpose of inspecting, repairing or renewing any drains, sewers, mains, pipes, cables or other apparatus including the breaking upon of any street or other land for that purposes;
