Section 10(d) in The Haryana Prevention of Beggary Rules, 1972
(d)At the time of release of such person, the effects, valuables or money kept in safe custody shall be handed over to him and an entry made in that behalf in the register maintained under sub-rule (2) of Rule 8. Such entry shall be signed by the Superintendent.
