Section 48A(1) in The M.P. Co-Operative Societies Act, 1960

(1)No person shall at the same time hold specified office of more than one Apex Society, one Central Society and one Primary Society:Provided that the provisions of this sub-section shall be applicable in case of societies of the same classification.
