27. Proceedings under Chapter VIII of Act V of 1898 not to be instituted against child.
- Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898, no proceeding shall he instituted and no order shall be passed against a child under Chapter VIII of the said Code.
