On the last date of hearing, following order was passed in this case:-
"Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks adjournment to inspect the record of Courts below before making submissions.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in another civil Revision bearing No.3663 of 2014, decided on 05.03.2018, the revision petitioner has been ordered to be evicted from the demised premises on the ground that same is required for bona-fide necessity of landlord.
The respondent may get execute that order and the interim order passed in this case will not come in the way of execution of ejectment in above referred petition."
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she has received no instructions after the aforesaid order is passed. The matter may have been rendered infructuous by now. It is, thus, dismissed as such. Liberty is, however, granted to the petitioner to seek revival, in case, any cause of action survives.
