Section 91(1) in The Navy (Pay And Allowances) Regulations, 1966
(1)If a qualification entitling an officer to qualification pay or grant is omitted from the list given in Appendix VIII, the qualification pay or grant in respect of that qualification shall cease to be admissible from the date of issue of the order omitting that qualification and no protection of such qualification pay or grant shall be available thereafter.
