Section 2(k) in United Provinces Nurses, Midwives, Assistant Midwives Auxiliary Nurse-Midwives and Health Visitors Registration Act, 1934
(k)"health visitor" means a person who hold s a health visitor's certificate of [Uttar Pradesh]5 Health School or of any other institution notified by the [State Government] [Substituted by A. O. 1950 (Provincial Government).] in this behalf, [and] [Added by section 5 (ii) of U. P. Act XIV of 1960.]
