Section 30 in Telangana Khadi and Village Industries Board Act, 1958
30. Repeal.
(1)The Hyderabad Khadi and Village Industries Board Act, 1955 (Hyderabad Act XII of 1955) shall, in its application to this State, stand repealed with effect from the date appointed in the notification issued under sub-section (3) of section 1.(2)The Andhra Pradesh Khadi and Village Industries Board Ordinance, 1958 (Andhra Pradesh Ordinance III of 1958), is hereby repealed.
