28. Maintenance of a register by the Collector.
- The Collector shall maintain a register in Form XVI Tahsil wise showing the amount of the tax and penalty payable by an owner or assessee as arrears of land revenue. The entries in respect of the tax and penally in such register shall be made on the basis of the information received under sub-rule (4) of Rule 27.
