Section 5(a) in The Revised Orissa Old Age Pension Rules, 1989
(a)(i)is of 65 years of age or above;(ii)or a widow (irrespective of age);(iii)or a Small Farmer/Marginal Farmer or a Landless Agricultural Labourer of 60 years of age or above;(iv)or Leprosy patient with visible signs of deformity of 60 years of age or above;
