5. As this is a challenge under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("the 1996 Act"), to an award of the arbitrator, exchange of formal pleadings is not necessary.

6. Written submissions already stand filed by the petitioner.

7. Let the written submissions be filed by the respondent, at least 48 hours in advance of the next date of hearing, after exchanging copy with the petitioner.

8. Subject to the petitioner depositing the principal amount awarded by the learned Arbitral Tribunal with the Registry of this Court, within a period of five weeks from today, there shall be a stay of execution of the impugned award till the next date of hearing.
