3. The present petition has been filed by petitioner under Section 34 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 [hereinafter the 'Act'] challenging the arbitral award dated 27.02.2025 passed by the learned Arbitrator.
4. Mr. Arun Verma, learned Sr. Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, inter alia, submits that the claimants after filing their original claim had reduced the same, however, the learned arbitral tribunal has This is a digitally signed order.

5. In view of the above, issue notice.
6. Ms. Amita Katragadda, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent accepts notice.
7. She raised a preliminary objection inter alia with regard to the maintainability of the petition on the ground that though the award dated 27.02.2025 has been assailed, but the subsequent order of correction dated 08.03.2025 in terms of Section 33 (3) of the Act, has not been challenged.
8. She submits that since there is no challenge to the order dated 08.03.2025 vide which the award was corrected, the petition challenging the original arbitral award is not maintainable.
9. Let reply be filed within a period of four weeks. Rejoinder thereto be filed before the next date of hearing.
10. Re-notify on 04.08.2026 I.A. 17752/2025 (Application under Section 36 (2) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 by the petitioner)
11. Issue notice.
12. Ms. Amita Katragadda, learned counsel appearing on behalf respondent accepts notice.
13. In the meanwhile, subject to the petitioner depositing the awarded amount with up-to-date interest within a period of 8 weeks, operation of the impugned award shall remain stayed during pendency of the present petition.
