1.This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Mr. Sahu, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the information obtained by him under the RTI Act, the absentee statements in respect of the petitioner after joining have been manipulated. He undertakes to file the information obtained under the RTI Act in course of the day after serving copy thereof on the State counsel who shall take instructions and apprise the Court accordingly.
