Section 4(a) in Appointments Committee of The Panchayat Union Councils (Election of Members) Rules, 1997
(a)The meeting for the election of a member to the Committee shall be convened by the Chairman of the Panchayat Union Council within thirty days of the occurrence of a casual vacancy:
