release the petitioner on bail after suspending the operation of sentence

Special Judge for Trail of Cases under SC & ST (POA) Act cum VI Addl.
District and Sessions Judge, Kurnool, pending disposal of the criminal appeal
in the interest of justice

ORDER:
Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor furnished letter received from Sub- Inspector of Police, C.Belagala Police Station, Kurnool District, Andhra Pradesh, informing that the petitioner/accused died on 15.10.2021. He also placed the death certificate, which shows that the petitioner/accused died on 15.10.2021.
2. In view of the death of the revision petitioner, this Criminal Appeal is dismissed as abated.
Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
