Section 287(1) in Bihar Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2005
(1)Sanction can be accorded to a member of the fund for remitting the premium for life insurance policy from the amount standing in his credit in the fund withdrawn of amount for this purpose shall not be allowed more than once in an year.
