Section 10FD(3)(i) in The Companies (Second Amendment) Act, 2002

(i)" Judicial Member" means a Member of the Tribunal appointed as such under sub- section (2) of section 10FD and includes the President of the Tribunal;(ii) " Technical Member" means a Member of the Tribunal appointed as such under sub- section (3) of section 10FD.
