6. Teaching in the [University] [Substituted for 'Sansthan' by U.P. Act 35 of 2006, Section 2.].
(1)All recognised teaching in connection with the degrees, diplomas and certificates of the [University] [Substituted for 'Sansthan' by U.P. Act 35 of 2006, Section 2.] shall be conducted under the control of the General Council by the teachers of the [University] [Substituted for 'Sansthan' by U.P. Act 35 of 2006, Section 2.] in accordance with such syllabus as may be prescribed.(2)The courses and curricula and the authorities responsible for organizing such teaching shall be such as may be prescribed.
