(1)No member of a co-operative farm shall except as provided in sub-section (2), be entitled to make any disposition of any land contributed by him to the farm.(2)Every member of a co-operative farm, who is a Bhumidhar of any land contributed by him to the co-operative farm, may make a testamentary disposition of such land, and with the permission of co operative farm, any other disposition. Such permission shall not be withheld if the transferee is willing to join the farm.
