Section 5 in The Multimodal Transportation Of Goods (Amendment) Act, 2000
5. Amendment of section 7.-
In section 7 of the principal Act, in sub- section 1, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:-" Provided that the multimodal transport operator shall issue the multimodal transport document only after obtaining, and during the subsistence of a valid insurance cover.".
