Mr. Vijaymane, learned counsel holding for Mr. Rajeshirke for the applicant submits that Mr. Rajeshirke is not keeping well. This matter is specifically placed today for final hearing at 2.30 p.m.
2. This civil revision application was admitted in the year 2011.

3. The civil revision application has been filed on the concurrent findings on the grounds of 'arrears of rent' and 'non- user'.
4. At the request of the learned counsel for the applicant, matter is adjourned to 18 March, 2023 at 2.30 p.m. subject to the payment of a cost of Rs.10,000/- to be paid by the applicant to the Kirtikar Law Library, High Court within a period of two weeks from today.
5. If the said amount is not paid within aforesaid period, the said civil revision application will be dismissed.
