Section 9(1) in National Institute of Fashion Technology Statutes, 2020
(1)There shall be an Establishment Committee consisting of the following members, namely: -(a)Chairperson of the Institute, ex officio who shall be the Chairperson of the Committee;(b)Director General of the Institute - member ex officio;(c)Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Textiles in the Government of India dealing with the Institute-member ex officio;(d)two other members of the Board, to be nominated by the Board.
