Section 22(1) in Bihar Panchayat Raj Institutions (Conduct of Business) Rules, 2015
(1)All proceedings of the meeting of Panchayat Samiti shall be recorded in Hindi in Devnagari script in a register kept for this purpose by the Executive Officer and shall be signed by the presiding member of the meeting.
