Section 5(1) in The Punjab State Legislature Members (Pension and Medical Facilities Regulation) Rules, 1984
(1)After an order sanctioning the pension is passed under rule 4, a copy of the application submitted under rule 3 alongwith such order and two photographs of the applicant shall be sent to the Accountant General, Punjab.
