Section 39(1) in The Armed Forces Tribunal (Practice) Rules, 2009
(1)The Registry shall prepare for each category of cases, a separate list called Warning list consisting of such number of cases as may be sufficient in the opinion of the Registrar, for being posted for hearing for a period of two weeks.
