ORDER
1. Learned Counsel for the MoEF&CC has submitted that the matter in issue raised in O.A. have ben raised in W.P (C) No. 838/2019 titled as M. K. Ranjitsingh & Ors. vs. Union Of India & Ors., which was lastly listed on 11.11.2025 and further informed that it is part heard case and listed for rest of the arguments and the matter listed for hearing before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.
2. Learned Counsel for the MoEF&CC has further submitted that since the mater is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India thus keeping this matter pending in this tribunal is not proper and may be disposed of with direction to comply the orders passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.
3. Learned Counsel for the State PCB Ms. Parul Bhadoria has accepted the facts that the matter is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.
