Section 35(ii) in The Manual of Procedure for Alternative Disputes Resolution 2009 to be Used by the Courts in the State of Rajasthan as Well as by the Arbitrators for Disposal of Cases
(ii)The Court shall decide the question referred under above as far as possible within 15 days from the date, the parties put in appearance before it.
