FACTS
Heard today dated 11.7.2012. Appellant present. The Board is represented by Shri T. J.Konger, Director (CPIO).
2. In the RTI application, the appellant has raised policy issues regarding recruitment of Ex-Trade Apprentices in OFB establishments. Shri Konger submits that, other things being the same, Ex-Trade Apprentices are given preference in recruitment but no quota has been fixed for them. The appellant, however, questions the policy of OFB. It is explained to him that the policy is determined by the concerned Ministry / Organsiation and the Commission has no role therein.
3. The matter is being closed with these observations.
