20. Maintenance of accounts.
(1)The authority shall cause to be maintained proper books of accounts in such form, and in such manner, as may be prescribed.(2)The accounts of the authority shall be audited by the Auditor appointed by the State Government in this behalf at such time, and in such manner, as may be prescribed.
