Section 8(5) in Indian Medicine Central Council (Minimum Standards of under-graduate Sowa-Rigpa Medical Education) Regulations, 2017
(5)Six months training of interns shall be carried out with an object to orient and acquaint the intern with the National Health Programme and the intern shall undertake such training in one of the following institutes, namely:-(a)Primary Health Centre;(b)Community Health Centre or District Hospital;(c)Any recognised or approved hospital of modern medicine;(d)Any recognised or approved Sowa-Rigpa hospital or Dispensary:Provided that all the above institutes shall be recognised by the concerned University and concerned Government designated authority for taking such training.
