Section 9 in The Assam Agricultural University Act, 1968
9. Authorities of the University.
- The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely :-(1)The Board of Management;(2)The Academic Council ;(3)The Board of Studies of each Faculty including Post-Graduate Studies; and(4)Such other bodies of the University as may be declared by the Statutes to be authorities of the University.
