Section 2(h) in Telangana Allopathic Private Medical Care Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2002
(h)'Notification' means a notification published in the [Telangana] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.111, Health, Medical & Family Welfare (D1) Department, dated 29.12.2015.] Gazette and the word 'notified' shall be construed accordingly;
