Section 18(2) in The Jawaharlal Institute Of Post-Graduate Medical Education And Research, Puducherry Act, 2008
(2)The accounts of the Institute shall be audited by the Comptroller and Auditor-General of India and any expenditure incurred by him in connection with such audit shall be payable by the Institute to the Comptroller and Auditor-General of India.
