Section 17(2) in Nagpur Improvement Trust Land Disposal Rules, 1983

(2)The Chairman may, in his discretion, permit extension of time prescribed [up to a maximum period of another three years] [Inserted by Nagpur Improvement Trust Land Disposal (Amendment) Rules, 1991]for completion of building, structure or other works on payment of additional premium at this following rates -
Up to 1 year 5% of the premium.
Between 1-2 years 10% of the premium.
Between 2-3 years 25% of the premium.
