Section 70(1) in Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Transaction of Business) Regulations, 2005
(1)Records relating to the functions of the Commission, except those parts which for reasons specified by the Commission are confidential or privileged, shall be open for inspection to all, subject to the payment of fees prescribed and complying with the terms as the Commission may direct.
