ORDER
Per: Justice Ranjit More, Chairman None for the applicant. Mr. R V Sinha, Mr. S. K. Tripathi for Mr. Gyanendra Singh and Mr. D K Devesh present for the respondents.
2. On 28.02.2023, we passed the following order:
"On the last two occasions i.e. on 13.12.2023 and 24.01.2023, none appeared on behalf of the applicant and by way of indulgence to the applicant, the matter was adjourned to today. Today also, none appears for the applicant.
By way of last chance, we are inclined to grant one more opportunity to the applicant. It is made clear that if nobody appears for him on the next date, the OA will be dismissed in default for non-prosecution.
Stand over to 13.03.2023."
Despite the above order, none appears on behalf of the applicant today as well. It appears that the applicant is no longer interested in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, we dismiss the present OA for non-prosecution. No costs.
